Detection Mode

  • Smallest detectable defect 2*0.1*0.1mm

  • Frequency range up to 0.1Hz - 500kHz

  • Measurement results include real/imaginary part, magnitude, phase, and complex plane of each channel

  • Signal-to-Noise Ration (SNR) ≥ 60dB
